Wicked headliner Lindsay Mendez is bringing her golden voice to 54 Below on September 9 for a one-night-only concert event. Joined by pianist Marco Paguia, Mendez will perform songs from their jazz album This Time, as well as debut some brand new tracks. Below, the former Broadway.com video blogger talks to us about her love of Joni Mitchell, her dream of singing with Liza Minnelli and the concert that influenced her most.

Joni Mitchell, though I'd probably just sit there with my mouth hanging open.
